  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
Toppings
  • 1 100g char siu (sliced)
  • 6-8 pieces wantans
  • Blanched choy sum
Sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil 🌶️
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles until springy. Drain and toss with oil.
  2. Blanch wantans until they float. Remove and set aside.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Top with char siu, wantans, and vegetables.
  6. Finish with extra chili oil if you like it hotter 🔥
